Dr. Ashwani Dhar is a healthcare and technology leader with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of medicine, digital health, and innovation. He is the Founder/Chairman and CEO of ThinkRoman Ventures, a global platform spanning healthcare delivery, AI, pharmaceuticals, and media, focused on translating technology into real-world patient impact.
Previously, Dr. Dhar served as Chief Medical Information Officer at Cerner Corporation, where he helped drive the development of large-scale healthcare information systems. He is also the CEO of Kairos R and D solutions.
Alongside his clinical background as a physician, Dr. Dhar holds a Diploma in Medical Informatics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and has completed executive leadership training at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He mentors healthcare startups through UCSF California Health Hub and is actively engaged in philanthropic initiatives focused on expanding global access to healthcare.
